Drip/Drenching grade only

Hydrospeed CaB-Max is a stabilized water-soluble fertilizer combining nitrogen, calcium (27% CaO) and boron, built specifically to run through drip lines without clogging emitters. The calcium content strengthens cell walls, which shows up as better fruit firmness and disease resistance in fruiting crops such as tomato, capsicum, grape and citrus. Typical fertigation rates run 2 to 5 kg per acre per week depending on crop stage, or 1 to 2 g per litre as a foliar spray every 10 to 15 days.

The second Hydrospeed grade (0-38-34) is the nitrogen-free partner product: high phosphorus and potassium for the flowering and fruiting window, when you want to hold nitrogen back and push reproductive growth instead. Run the two across the season, CaB-Max for calcium and boron through fruit set, 0-38-34 when the P-K demand peaks, and you have a drip programme matched to crop stage rather than a single blend all year.

Use it when: you’re running drip irrigation and want stage-wise nutrition that won’t block your system, especially on fruiting crops prone to blossom-end rot or weak fruit set.
